Grounding recovery bag
The recovery bag was initially designed for Tour de France cyclists and has since become a popular sleeping accessory with athletes and travellers. Many people also sleep in them at home, enjoying the effect of being cocooned in the Earth's energy.The bag can be used either as a sleeping bag or as a flat sheet. Zipped up, it measures 95cm (37") wide by 210cm (83") long, and forms a spacious sleeping bag for one person. When unzipped it will lie flat, measuring 190cm (75") wide by 210cm (83") long, and will accommodate two people sleeping on top of it.
It is 100% organic cotton, with soft, yet durable conductive silver fibres woven throughout the material. Colour is natural cotton (off-white).
Grounding pillow case
The grounding pillow case is made with the same 100% organic cotton and silver fibres as the grounding sheets.It is 50cm x 80cm (20" x 32") and is conductive on both sides. (Internal dimensions are 46cm x 76cm.)
A 6m (20ft) coiled connection cord is included with the pillow case. No connection plug is included by default, since most people will use the pillow case in conjunction with a grounding sheet, and up to two products can share the same plug.

SoftSilver™ pillow case
- Highly effective at grounding the body.
- EMF shielding against high frequency EMFs.
- Strong anti-bacterial properties.
While grounding the body in any way greatly reduces the effects of low frequency EMFs (such as from mains electricity and domestic appliances), the continuous silver of the SoftSilver™ products means that they also block high frequency EMFs (such as WiFi and 5G) much more effectively than other grounding products.
Longevity is also significantly improved compared with a conventional earthing/grounding pillow case. The SoftSilver™ will remain effective at least twice as long given the same usage and care (see below for recommended washing and care instructions).
It is 50cm x 75cm (20" x 30") and is conductive on both sides.

Grounding throw / blanket
The grounding throw is a plush, ultra-soft, cotton conductive blanket, with a soft microfibre backing. The throw has a thick, luxurious feel, with highly conductive silver fibres woven throughout the quilted cotton face (the microfibre backing is non-conductive).It measures 110cm x 160cm (43" x 63"). Colour is natural cotton (off-white) and the backing is a dark tan colour.
It's perfect for curling up with on the sofa, or can be placed over a mattress to sleep on, or used as an over blanket. There just needs to be some bare skin contact with the conductive side of the throw (this is the side with the silver fibre stitching).
Quilted pad
This versatile product can be used almost anywhere, such as on a chair or sofa, under your feet on the floor, or in bed.It is also great for pets.
It measures 50cm x 71cm (20" x 28"). The pad has cotton/silver earthing fabric on one face, a non-slip material on the back, and a soft quilting material in between.
This product set includes everything you need for use: the quilted pad, a 6m (20ft) coiled cord, and your choice of Earth connection.

Note that this connection plug is not suitable for Denmark.

Connection for North America
The supplied cord fits directly into the 'Ground' pin of a North American type socket, used in Canada, the United States and Mexico. It can also be used in Central America, the Caribbean, northern South America (Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and parts of Brazil), Japan and Taiwan.
Since it is not uncommon for sockets of this type to be missing an Earth connection, this connection option includes a socket tester to verify correct socket wiring. You only need 1 tester per household, so you can choose the "without connection plug" option if you order additional products.
Note that not all outlet sockets of this type have a 3rd pin for Ground. Sockets with only 2 pins cannot be used for grounding, and so a grounding rod must be used instead.

Grounding rod kit
If you don't have a properly earthed mains outlet (for example some European houses or a pre-1960s house in the United States), then you can instead use a grounding rod kit to make a connection directly with the ground outside.
The kit consists of a 0.3m (1ft) stainless steel rod with a 12m (40ft) cord. The rod is pushed into the ground outside, which makes a good electrical connection to the Earth. The cord is only 2mm in diameter so it can usually be run through the edge of a window frame with the window closed.
